Are you feeling the Autumn vibes Guys!? It almost feels too soon to welcome in the darker mornings and evenings. I have thoroughly enjoyed the full bloom of Summer this year!! And always love the way we are constantly learning from the seasons. So as we begin to come back into the Yin time of the year, we are asked to embody more feminine like qualities such as slowing down and being more reflective. With a decrease in light we are taken further within ourselves. Spending more time curled up in front of the fire in candlelight. Our bodies crave rest and rejuvenation, a slower pace to live where we preserve our energy and re-charge after using so much during the summer months.

If you can feel your body calling for space to re-charge and come home to yourself, come along to this beautifully crafted day out of the craziness of life, to re-connect with what's true for you in this moment.

Blessed to have found such a lovely place spot to teach yoga after being so spoilt at St Pauls church. This cosy little get away is where we get together every Monday to shed the dead energy from the previous week and set our intentions for the coming week.

My classes are a mix of vinyasa, feminine flow and sometimes Yin. We work intuitively with whatever energies feel most alive for the ladies that come. Which will often be aligned with the astrological influences and stages of the moon.

The environment is friendly, open and kind.

We are basically women who are invested in our health and well-being and doing our best to navigate these crazy times. We focus on calming the nervous system, working with physical and mental blocks like peri-menopause and menopause and intentionally making space to come home to ourselves through the path of self love and compassion.

I Surrender to the Divine flow of my life

In the darkest and longest winter my soul has ever experienced
During the longest days and longest nights
When putting one foot in front of the other has felt impossible
Whilst walking through the misty conditions of this human experience
When facing the deepest pain I have ever experienced
Trusting the process of gentle and overwhelming unravelling
Knowing deep within that my soul choose to experience this
And that I am strong enough to keep going even when I feel unable
Felling as scared as a child whilst searching for the courage of a Lion
Learning to walk and talk again after so many months of there being no words
Finding the love and compassion for myself whilst also feeling deeply disappointed and impatient
My heart has meandered to places I never knew existed, experienced pain I never thought possible
And yet I know so deeply that this grief comes from the depth of love I hold within my heart
Learning to re-parent myself and become the inner Mother after my beautiful Mum left earth

So many months of doubt, uncertainty and loss. Will I ever get through this became my daily mantra.

And then as sure as the seasons, the light returns. New hope, new possibilities. An emergence of self even stronger than before. With battle scars to show and wisdom to share. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

I am strong, I am resilient, My heart is big and beautiful and although it sometimes feel hard to feel the depth of what I feel. I am here for this messy human experience.

🖤EMERGING FROM THE UNDERWORLD 🖤

I’ve been through many underworld journeys in this life, after all I honhour and appreciate the darkness as much as the light. I’ve been taken down into the shadows numerous times, each time emerging with a revived sense of self and deeper understanding of the human experience.

But the loss of my Mother has been a journey like no other, the complexities and many shapes of grief are unpredictable and hard to navigate. There is a deeper layer of trust needed to be carried by the current of the darkness. Not being able to see the way forward or even being able to feel it in your heart. It’s been 1 month since my beautiful Mum passed over into the light, leaving the earth plane on the 13th at 18.40 1+8+4=13. The number of the divine feminine of course! So much of her final months brought a deeper sense of wisdom and understanding to my life and my mission.

I am here to serve the feminine in all of her forms, to help others remember their divine nature. To re-connect with thier life force energy, magnetism and potency. We cannot create inner union and balance without alchemising these energies within. To love deeper we must be able to hold more pain, creating space for myself and learning to Mother myself in all the ways has been deeply healing.

Allowing myself to witness the heartbreak, the feelings of hopelessness, the times I’ve wanted to run away and not feel any of it! The fear around not knowing how I move forward with this gaping whole in my life. And still I’m here, being with all that is, accepting my huge heart and capacity to feel and knowing through all of this there are new spaces opening within my heart. I welcome them and am ready to share them with the world.

Women’s Cyclical Nature Day Retreat - Sunday 21st July

One of the biggest acts of self love as a women is learning how to work with and honour our own cyclical nature. Our blood is sacred and yet we’ve been taught to hide and shame our bodies. Why!? THE SISTERHOOD WOUND 🩸

Chiron is no longer in Aries but this video still feels relevant for what I am personally moving through.

As I continue to strip back the layers of lack and get really honest about where I am still not loving myself. This good old wound keeps rearing its ugly head. I am sitting with so much resistance around so many things at the moment, and one area that’s really poignant is how I continually keep myself small from fear of being judged or ridiculed. Being persecuted for my gifts, for what’s true to me, being persecuted for being me!

Continually questioning and second guessing my decisions and then not showing up as a consequence are perfect excuses for the ego to self sabotage.

So much of what I see in the spiritual community is about ascension and transformation. It’s bulshit! The real work is in the confines of our own hearts. The place of our deepest fears and wounds! Radical self honesty and responsibility is what is needed on Earth right now. Doing the inner work and owning the stories that keep us stuck in old patterns.

And not dissociating from the truth of what we are experiencing. Navigating the human experience IS THE WORK! Finding grace in moments of challenge and loving yourself through all your own shadows.

Who sees you when you’re lost!?

MATERNAL BLOODLINE 🩸

The energetic bonds that bind you to your bloodline are often the most challenging when it comes to healing. Often times we are born into specific families to break the toxic patterns and behaviours, to heal not only those that came before us but those who will come after.

The need to belong and the discomfort from the alienation
The desire to be seen and witnessed yet feely deeply alone and isolated
The pull to be open hearted, loving and compassionate and feeling a deep sense of mistrust and fearing betrayal
Desperate to express the truth, whilst simultaneously being scared of being cast out and rejected
Wanting to feel safe, held and protected and feeling abandoned

I question often the deep desires within families for love and validation. After all we are the ones who can truly give this love to ourselves.

And then I realise when speaking those words that we can also shut down out of fear. Or maybe self preservation or protection. Whichever way you look at it it’s playing into duality and seperation.

So then the question remains what is the love and connection we seek….safety, security, a sense of belonging!? When we are birthed onto earth we are dependant on our Mothers to co- regulate our nervous systems, to keep us warm and safe, to teach us the ways of the world. That bond that runs down through generations, through blood, from womb to womb, from heart to heart is sacred! The act of giving life ❤️

So through gritted teeth, a weary body and a partly broken spirt, I stay committed to my journey, continuing to walk the path of healing the feminine line in my family.

Isolation and rejection are now just another piece of the puzzle another opportunity for alchemy. Where there is pain there is growth, it doesn’t always feel like that but when we emerge from the depths we see the gems and the wisdom of our experiences.

These last 4 weeks have been so deeply challenging. Seeing someone you love with early onset of Alzheimer’s is the most heartbreaking and earth shattering experience you could go through in life.

Grief is one of the most complex emotions of the human experience and grieving someone whilst they are still alive is a strange experience. A lingering pain that never quite leaves you just changes shape and form over time.

Thank you mum for birthing me into this life, for holding me and keeping me safe during all my lessons! You had to transcend your own pain and suffering to be the most loving and caring role model and Mm. You have and will continue to touch everyone you come into contact with through your gentle and kind nature.

I truly miss your love, guidance and support, being able to talk to you about the small and the big stuff. As time goes by it feels like we loose another part of you and then we have moments of you being with us again. These moments now feel so precious, a moment in time, suspended in love and held by the divine.

Finding the deeper meaning and higher perspective in such heartbreak 💔 isn’t easy. There’s no way out, only through holding ourselves with love and compassion. Feeling it all, even when we feel helpless and want everything to change and get better. ❤️‍🩹

DEVOTION 🙏

It’s been a week or so since I posted on here! Life has been crazy and the lessons have been deep! Just when you think you’ve shifted some real big stuff! BOOM 💥 you get more! These times are truly transformative and truly tumultuous at the same time! It can be easy to loose our footing, to get lost in the illusions of the ego and to sink deep into our pain.

That’s where I have been in the depths! It’s been dark and it’s been dense, I’ve faced some deeply engrained ancestral patterns. Trying to remain in a place of love whilst simultaneously feeling such grief and sadness.

The Bloodline is not an easy place to alchemise, but it’s potent!

Ancestral healing is something we have been exploring in the Path of the Priestess container. There is no coincidence we have ended up staying there an extra few weeks!

We all have healing to do both in the maternal and the parental bloodlines. We each individually carry the trauma of 12+ generations back! They are stored within the cells of our body. For us to embody the frequencies of the divine we have to alchemise for those that couldn’t.

Sticking to my own devotional practise during these times has kept me grounded and anchored. And although my practise hasn’t been as frequent as usual, just knowing I’m being guided and held by the divine is enough to keep me going.

Our deepest challenges bring the most potent gifts!

IT’S OK....is my daily mantra at the moment! A gentle reminder to loosen the grip of the illusion that I need to have it all figured out.

Reflecting on a potent theme that’s coming up in client sessions at the moment around our desire to escape pain and run away from what feels uncomfortable. How we see it as a failure if we are less than perfect or out of alignment with what our ego expects us to be.

I recognise recently my comfort in melancholy, there is a part of me able to go into the depths of all that we ignore and disassociate from in life, in order to find the gems and the pearls that reside within the dark crevices of the heart.

Pain is potent power, we see this demonstrated by poets and artists, the ones that dare to turn the shadows of their own psyche into something creative, an expression out into the world. Subsequently alchemising and sparking curiosity and wonder in others. The reason we receive so deeply from these pieces of art is that they are channeled from the depths of someone’s being. Depth is something I personally appreciate in myself and others. The constant dance of giving and receiving, deepening our capacity to see and appreciate whats in front of us. Even when it feels challenging.

These times are asking us to take a journey into our own underworld. To shine a light on all that holds us back and stops us from expressing the highest version of our hearts.

Dance with the shadows and you will turn them into light. Run away from them and they will hunt you down!

Scorpio Full Moon - What is the narrative of your inner shadow!?

We all have shadow programmes that play out in our life, but when you start working with the many stories and narratives, you begin to see that they are often connected and reinforcing the same wound.

This potent full moon in Scorpio IS THE TIME, to delve into the mysteries of our own subconscious, becoming honest about the stories that hold us back. Here’s some of what has come up for me over the years…

✨The world is not ready for my love

The good old persecution wound.

It Runs deep within many women, especially where we have stepped into our spiritual gifts. Many women would have been raped and killed for their gifts and have experienced this core wound through many lifetimes so the intention is always to be kind and compassionate with oneself when tapping into these parts of self.

So much sexual distortion is coming to the surface to be healed and this is such a big part of Scorpio energy! Sexual energy is our life force and so is so precious. A huge part of healing the feminine energies is healing inner distortions we have around sexual connection and Intimacy with ourselves and with the world.

As we move into temple 3 of the Path of the Priestess in a week or so we will be exploring some of these distortions.

The Mystery of Life

Inspired by the energies that are sweeping through since the eclipse portal.

There is a beauty to it all, we can't always see it, we can't always feel it, we might think we can, but then there's an uncertainty to it all. An intangible aspect that often comes into our awareness before anything tangible appears. A level of trust required that takes us deeper into our heart, recognising this is the only resonance of what's alive in that moment.

Staying present, not wanting to search for the answers, to have it all figured out, to know the direction of something is the journey. Being open to the mysteries of our lives is the path of beauty and discovery.

There's a divine order and plan to everything we are experiencing. A current, that is our own unique thread, interweaving and interacting with all that it comes into contact with. Every thought, action and response creating a new reality and timeline. All uniquely beautiful and holding their own keys of wisdom and understanding.

So when all else fails, the easiest and yet hardest thing to do is to let go, to surrender, to let the divine plan of your life unfold in all it's magic and glory. The path isn't always easy, where there is light there was once shadow, and where this is shadow there will be light.

I have always been in awe of the universe but when you begin to really open up to all that is there for you, it's the story of your own unique journey that unfolds like ancient pages of a book opening in front of your eyes. Wanting to know the ending is an illusion of the mind, a concept of the ego, old patterns that wish to keep us small and limited.

The words I hear through my intuition and higher self are "let go, it's safe to let go and trust" every moment a new oppurtunity to learn, to witness and to hold. Completely receptive to what is, the vastness of the human experience. Responding to every moment with grace, love and compassion.

There’s a love that we’ve overlooked for so long. The human love between two people, as a love that never ends. When we let love reach where it has never been before, beyond the egos idea of the self, then we quite literally come back to life.

Yesterday we held our final Feminine Alchemy ceremony as we walked into the Medicine Woman. This is the final archetype we work within the 7 month container. Which is truly an alchemy of all the other archetypes.

Every time we spiral the archetypes and work with the goddesses our work goes deeper and deeper. The beauty, the vulnerability, the innocence, the rawness, the potency, the rage, the wildness, the wild, the free, the lost and the found. Each face of the feminine bringing her own wisdom and each goddess bringing her own medicine.

This container continues to show us the collective and individual wounds of the sacred feminine that need to be healed within all of us, to allow our world to be a more beautiful place.

Healing our inner polarity of feminine and masculine energies is the only way to our union. To the bliss and beauty of coming home to ourselves, to our essence and really knowing who we are.

Part of yesterday was really learning to be the masculine space holder for ourselves, to allow the creative expression of the feminine to rise and be fully expressed and witnessed.

Such an ABSOLUTELY stunning heart filled evening with our beautiful community of women last night. When a woman’s heart opens and allows others to see all of her, the divine enters and her light emerges for all to see. ❤️

As we landed into the space, the need to come home to ourselves was really alive. We softened into the body and sunk into the yummy presence of stillness and presence, allowing ourselves to be witnessed by the other women of the group.

It was always going to be powerful during these wild eclipse energies but wow we all really needed the love and support of each other!

So much is rising for us all during these times, it’s so easy not to feel, to push away and ignore what’s asking to be witnessed. But these times leave us no choice, we have to face and move into the deeper aspects of the heart. NATURALNESS 🫶

My radiance gene key is gene key 10 the state of being natural. When I read this it highlighted how difficult I have always found it to be NATURAL.

The state of naturalness is to be completely at peace with yourself in all your messiness. To be unapologetically you, no striving for perfection or the need to be a certain way to show up. Just to be you in your fullest expression.

I realise as I picked the photos for this reel that theres nothing more beautiful than seeing another in their natural state. Effortlessly themselves, being in the moment and in the joy of who they are. Free of judgement and criticism! How many of us feel the need to be Perfect to show up, in images, videos and just generally In life. The conditioning runs deep! It feels ugly and can really stop us from showing up and stepping into our gifts.

When we look at nature and animals we see nothing but beauty, beauty in its most natural form. We don’t judge or want to change it we just accept it as it is and appreciate it from that space.

As I allow myself to step into what being more “natural” means to me, I feel a huge energetic burden being lifted off my shoulders.

Solar Return ✨

42 years I’ve been in this incarnation. Being born in Spring Equinox energy was never going to be an easy ride! I mean I defo chose the more challenging path.
But I guess my soul was ready for it!

It’s interesting reflecting on my birthdays as I grow older, so much of what used to be important to me has now left me. There’s a richness to these experiences of earth, of life and how we grow and evolve through understanding and experiences. And although I don’t feel older my physical appearance is changing, the way I see myself and the world continues to shift daily and how I relate to others in my life continually evolves. What I need from my connections and what I am able to offer others is an ever evolving space and capacity of love.

What I realise is what I respect and honhour the most is words. Heartfelt, honest and intimate words. They light me up, they make me feel safe and they create the level of intimacy I desire within relationships. They are the gift I continually intend to offer others. The truth of the heart. The gift of love ❤️

I have experienced so much love today, deep conversations and sentimental messages and for that I am deeply grateful.

Embodied Wisdom

Someone asked me the other day….”where does our deepest wisdom come from!?”Such a powerful question and one that you could go into from a number of angles and perspective’s.

As I pondered this beyond that moment, I was taken into the depth of my own healing journey over the last few years. I’ve been healing for quite some time now and you’d think the journey gets easier, but in truth the deeper you go the more you need to see.

Being in service and helping others to heal is a path of great bravery, courage and integrity . There have been times when I’ve not wanted to hold space for others as I’ve been going through my own stuff. But it’s a necessary part the journey. Doing our own healing work is absolutely essential when holding space for others, not only as we have a responsibility to those we are holding, but also to honour our own place of embodiment and growth.

Our deepest wisdom comes from our own healing journey. When we speak from our own experiences and share our heart we speak from a place of truth. The deeper we go into that for ourselves the more potent the space we can hold for others.

Becoming an embodiment of that wisdom will inspire others to move through their own healing.

Spring Vibes

Ah how I love this time of year! Held by the birdsong, the gentle rays of the sun beginning to peak through the clouds, the re-emergence of the light. Fresh energy is in the air!!!

As we enter the Spring Equinox this week and face the eclipse portal we are reminded of the beauty of beginnings. New cycles are such a profound time to connect with our higher self and intuition. To use the incoming momentum to propel us forward into our dreams. I’ve always been one for new beginnings, LOVE new projects and big picture thinking. This energy is visionary, time to let the seeds we planted during winter begin to blossom and spread.

I can feel fresh new energy in the space this morning. Always grateful for being held by such a sacred place. Absolutely magical ✨💫✨

Taking care of myself and my needs feel good! It hasn’t always been this way for me, for years I would burn the candle at both ends, work to the death and just generally not take very good care of myself but these days I get SO MUCH joy out of really honouring my needs as a women.

Working with our cyclical nature is our birth right and should be how we’re taught to live as women. To preserve our life force and be fully creative is to honhour our seasons and changes as women.

Our blood is sacred, our bodies are temples and our spirit is the essence of who we are. To truly be embodied and nourished as a woman during these times is no easy task, with the high demands of our children, families and work we really are trying to do it all. Working with depleted energy levels and a deregulated nervous system is often where we meet our rage and lack of patience. The body is only trying to get us to listen, to what we need, this can be many things but often is just to slow the hell down!!

So if you want to be the best version of yourself in the many roles you play in your life. Make serving from a full cup a priority. Working with your menstrual cycle and learning the voice of your body will be the best investment you’ll ever make!
