A DAY RETREAT TO UNDERSTAND YOUR CYCLICAL NATURE AS A WOMAN​

This day retreat has been designed to help you to understand and work with your own cyclical nature, through learning the power of your menstrual cycle and how your natural rhythms are aligned to the cycles of the moon and nature.
​
One of the most supportive gifts we can offer ourselves is to truly understand the ever changing nature of our bodies as women and learn how to work with and support ourselves during the transitions we experience during our menstrual cycle. And also the changes we see throughout our lives. For many of us not understanding our hormones and how we change can feel confusing and leave us feeling lost and disconnected from our bodies.

Whatever stage your at in your feminine cycle, whether you still have a physical womb space, or if you have journeyed through menopause. The energetic imprint of your cycle remains. What this means is that every month you have the oppurtunity to support and nourish yourself in a much deeper and profound way.
The more you honour your body in this way, the more vitality and lifeforce you are able to harness to support you in everyday life. As women we are always giving to others, it feels so natural and supportive, however if we continue to give from an empty cup we end up depleted and out of alignment.

WITH AN INTIMATE GROUP OF 10 WOMEN
​
This day retreat will be held at St Pauls Church in Denholme and will be kept to an intimate number of 10 women to keep the container safe.
​
The day will run from 10.00am until 4.00pm with time to eat a nourishing lunch
​
HERE'S HOW YOU CAN EXPECT TO FEEL
The day has been created to incorporate practical ways to support yourself as a women, from a theoretical perspective as well as ways in which you can embody and nurture yourself with movement practises and food. During the day you will learn how to work with each of the stages of your menstrual cycle, the science behind what's happening in your body and how to keep your nervous system regulated throughout the month.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment for this day retreat is £88, which can either be paid in full or in 2 instalments.
​
Food will be lovingly prepared, offering a selection of dishes to demonstrate how you can eat aligned to the different stages of your menstrual cycle.

​
You will be given a handbook to take away providing ways in which you can work with your own inner cycles and support yourself on an ongoing basis.
